DIY Cannabis Brownie Recipe
YOU WILL NEED:
- A mixing bowl
- A whisk
- Heart shaped pan or mold (optional)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ¼ white sugar
- 1 cup of packed light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- ¾ tablespoon salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup of cocoa powder
- ½ cup of dark cocoa powder
- Chocolate chips dark and milk, however much you desire
- Roughly chopped up Delta-8, THC-O, HHC-O chocolate Milk or Dark to top brownies with Delta-8, THC-O, HHC-O caramels. For the Delta-8, THC-O, HHC-O chocolates and caramels uses you own discretion for strengths. For mine I chose HIGH strength in all because my friends are regular users and I had them pace themselves.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt butter over low heat.
- Add sugar and stir until combined.
- Pour the combined butter and sugar into a mixing bowl.
- One at a time, slowly stir in eggs.
- Add and stir in vanilla extract.
- Stir in: salt, flour, cocoa powder, and dark cocoa powder.
- Pour the combined butter and sugar into a mixing bowl.
- Add and stir in vanilla extract.
- Stir in: salt, flour, cocoa powder, and dark cocoa powder.
- Stir in your roughly chopped chocolate and caramel pieces.
- Pour brownie batter into a greased pan or greased molds and spread evenly.
- Bake between 30-40 minutes, checking with a toothpick: Insert toothpick into the center of the brownie mixture. If it comes out clean, the brownies are ready.
FROM-SCRATCH ICING INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of powder sugar
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 ¼ white sugar
ICING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine until smooth.
- Spread across tops of cooled brownies.
- Optional: top icing with sprinkles for decoration.
- For pink icing, pink food coloring 3 drops will go a long way. One drop of red if you don’t have pink food coloring.
