Shipping Costs
Orders over $50 ship for free!
- Exclusions apply: Free shipping not available on local delivery. beeZbee Beverages, Korthal's Beverages, Song Ryder's THCA Voyage Vape and CHEMDAWG'S CBD Dog Food require shipping fees.
Orders less than $50 ship via USPS at a flat rate of $5.50.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart. Options for express shipping (1-2 days), next day shipping, and Cold Shipping are provided at checkout. Orders placed with Cold Shipping services will not be shipped on Fridays.
Blended Rates
A Blended rate will show up when a customer purchases beverages with other products as well. Beverages do not apply for free shipping, and a blended shipping rate will be the only option available upon checking out.
Mixed Carts (Subscription and One Time Purchases)
At this time due to a limitation in Shopify, if a customer tries to place an order containing a subscription product and a one time purchase product, the shipping rates will double. In order to combat this and get the lowest shipping rate possible we recommend that customers check out with subscription items and one time purchase items separately.
Processing and Handling
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing plus shipping time. Orders placed over the weekend, Friday after 1p.m., CST, through Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day. We thank you for your patience and will get your order out to you as soon as we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CBD Kratom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to the customer's submitted email address. CBD Kratom is not responsible if a customer submits an order with an incorrect shipping address. Upon request, CBD Kratom will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Cold Shipping
During the warmer months (May-September), Cold Shipping is required for selected items to prevent damage from melting in transit. These orders will not qualify for Free Shipping, and will not be shipped on Fridays.
International Shipping
At this time, we can ship anywhere in accordance with local laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring the legality of these products in your area.
We cannot ship beverages internationally. International orders containing beverages will be adjusted to have these items removed and refunded prior to fulfillment.
Shipping recipients are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.
Local Delivery
For fast local delivery, enter your zip code at checkout to check if you are eligible. To receive same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 9:00PM local time. Orders placed after 9:00PM local time, will be delivered the following day, however, same-day delivery cutoff times vary by location. Delivery date will be confirmed during the checkout process. Servicing limited markets at this time only. Delivery not available on weekends or holidays. ID verification required upon delivery.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity and compliance with state laws and regulations, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CBD Kratom reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Limitations & Product Availability
We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same account or individual, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
Not all items listed on the cbdkratom.com are available for sale in all stores, or the prices, promotions, and quantities may vary depending on the state or Store location. Some items, especially limited quantity items, may be listed on the Sites but may not be available for sale or in the quantities indicated. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict or refuse the sale of any such items if the quantities held in inventory exceeds the demand for those items. Please check with the Store for current availability.
Title & Ownership of Product
Title to, and ownership of, all products sold through cbdkratom.com passes to you upon purchase from your store of choice, selected by you. Once a sale is been approved, there are essentially there ways to receive your purchase: (i) in-store pickup, where one of our store team members will pick your order and have it waiting for you to pick up at your convenience; (ii) delivery, where available, which means that a store team member will pack your order and a third-party delivery vendor will deliver your order to your home or other authorized location within the selected store’s designated service territory; or (iii) shipping, either intrastate or interstate (where permitted), which means that a common carrier will deliver your order as specified by you. You will be charged the state taxes (including the sales tax), if any, assessed by the state where the sales transaction occurred.
Delivery
Delivery to your location is available from some CBD Kratom locations, depending on state law. Where permitted, you must be aged 21 or older and must present a valid government-issued identification in order to obtain your shipment. All delivery orders are subject to product availability and delivery locations, quantities and frequency may be restricted by law or CBD Kratom’s discretion. Delivery fees may apply.
Also, you may have the option to provide your phone number or email address for purposes of delivery notifications.
Shipping
We make no representations about the legality of shipping the products on the Sites. By arranging for transportation or shipping of any product under your instructions, we are providing a service to, and acting on behalf of you. As with in-store pickup and delivery, you must be aged 21 or older and must present a valid government-issued identification in order to obtain your shipment.
All orders placed on our site are subject to product availability, which may vary based on applicable state law. In the event your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
SMS/Text Message Eligibility Requirements
AGE REQUIREMENTS
To receive CBD Kratom text messages, you must be a resident of the United States. Because messages may contain content regarding adult use products, you must be 21 years of age or older. CBD Kratom reserves the right to require you to prove that you are 21 years of age or older.
YOUR MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying CBD Kratom if you change your mobile telephone number. You must notify CBD Kratom of a number change by contacting CBD Kratom customer service department at customerservice@mngcity.com. You may be required to verify your identity in order to make such a change.
You agree to indemnify CBD Kratom in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions, including the duty to notify CBD Kratom if you change your telephone number.
MESSAGE & DATA RATES MAY APPLY
All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. CBD Kratom or its third-party delivery provider does not charge for sending or receiving text messages. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier's name, your opt-out status, and the date, time, and content of your messages.
SUPPORTED CARRIERS
It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of our text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.
You acknowledge that any text messages you receive from CBD Kratom or its third-party delivery provider are distributed via third-party mobile network providers. As a result, CBD Kratom or its third-party delivery provider cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery (e.g. delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages). You further acknowledge that neither CBD Kratom, its third-party delivery provider, nor your wireless carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
