CBD Kratom Auto-Replenish Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the terms and conditions (Terms) for our Auto-Replenish subscription ordering program (Auto-Replenish). These Terms are between you and cbdkratom.com and/or its affiliates (CBD Kratom, we, our, or us), and govern your and our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cbdkratom.com relating to Auto-Replenish. Please note that your use of the cbdkratom.com website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and General Terms as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the cbdkratom.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Auto-Replenish, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on behalf of yourself, and others who use Auto-Replenish under your account.. 1. Overview of the Program

The CBD Kratom Auto-Replenish program allows you to enjoy automatic re-orders of your favorite products at a discounted price. As a member, you can manage your subscription preferences, including delivery schedules and product quantities, through your account.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

  • To participate, you must create an account at www.cbdkratom.com, select the Subscribe & Save option when adding a product to your cart, and complete the enrollment during the checkout process.

  • The program is available for select products only, as indicated on our website.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Subscribe & Save program.

  • Must be age 21 or order for product subscriptions that include smokables.

3. Subscription Benefits

  • Receive 5% off your subscription orders.

  • Enjoy flexible delivery schedules, with options to adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Exclusive offers may be made available to program participants.

4. Subscription Management

  • You can modify your subscription, including changing delivery frequency, updating payment methods, or canceling your subscription, by logging into your account at www.cbdkratom.com.

  • Changes to your subscription must be made at least 1 day before the next scheduled shipment to take effect for that shipment. 

  • If no changes are made, orders will continue to be processed and shipped according to the most recent schedule and settings.

  • Out of Stock Products: If a product in your subscription becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email. You can choose to replace the product with an alternative, or pause or cancel the subscription for that product.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Subscription discounts apply only to eligible products, as noted on the product page.

  • The total cost of each subscription order will include the price of the product, less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping fees.

  • Subscription product pricing is not eligible for, and cannot be combined with, site-wide promotions, product-specific promotions, or other discounts.

  • Pricing for subscription orders is subject to change. If the price of your subscription item changes, you will be notified via email prior to your next shipment.

  • Payment methods on file will be automatically charged for subscription orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Subscription orders will be shipped according to the frequency and address specified in your subscription settings.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty by visiting the “Manage Subscriptions” section of your account.

  • We may terminate your Auto-Replenish subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription price but prior to our shipment of the subscription shipment for that subscription period, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription price for that subscription period. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, or involves fraud or misuse of any Subscribe & Save subscription. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

8. Refunds and Returns

  • Subscription items are subject to CBD Kratom’s Return Policy.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items returned in accordance with this policy.

9. Changes to the Program

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the cbdkratom.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

10. Legality of Products and Eligibility

By subscribing to our Auto-Replenish program, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal in your state or jurisdiction. Our company complies with all federal laws, but due to variations in state and local laws, some products may not be eligible for sale or shipment to certain areas.

If it is determined that a product is not legal in your location, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription for that product without notice. In such cases, you will not be charged for the canceled subscription. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by legal restrictions in your area.
