All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
CBD Kratom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to confirm delivery address entered for an order. CBD Kratom is not responsible if customer submits order with incorrect shipping address. Upon request, CBD Kratom will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
