Because our team members receive specialized training and develop deep product knowledge, they are not just Sales Associates. The term Doyen better reflects their expertise in the fields of cannabis and kratom. A Doyen is more than just a budtender, or cashier; they are compassionate experts devoted to helping each individual customer understand their options so they can develop the right approach to their personal wellness routine, whether it’s CBD, Kava, Amanita, Kratom, or a blend of products to meet their goals. Doyens possess empathy, and focus. They are responsible, positive, and love a good challenge.
Not all Dispensaries are the same.
We do more than train; we teach. We recognize that just as people have different needs, and personalities, they also have different approaches to learning. We include all four learning modalities in the training program to best serve the learning styles of all team members, whether it’s through a visual, written, auditory or a kinesthetic (experiential) approach.
